Josette's Bio

Josette Goldberg Klopfer is Founder and CEO of Goldberg Executive Coaching, a Chicago-based, international boutique firm that helps executives break through to their next level of success. As a seasoned coach, Josette assists leaders globally to profitably grow their businesses.

Prior to starting her firm, Josette worked as a senior executive and officer for numerous Fortune 500 companies, including American Express, Household Finance, Enesco Giftware, and Trizec Properties. This diverse experience equips Josette to ask the questions that business leaders need to answer to reach the next level of performance. Her persuasive and collaborative coaching style supports rapid resolution of business issues and productive relationships. She has demonstrated success in assisting her clients to meet their financial and operational goals by focusing on analysis, planning, and execution.

Josette holds a B.A. Organizational Effectiveness from DePaul University. She is currently pursuing her M.S. Management and Organizational Behavior from Benedictine University. Josette is accredited by the International Business Coach Institute (IBCI) and holds a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) designation. She serves as a mentor for various groups, including Menttium, the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), Healthcare Businesswomen's Association (HBA) and the Professional Women's Club of Chicago (PWCC). Josette is on the President's Council for Almost Home Kids.
